Luxury hotel/resort at an extremely affordable price! All the amenities you could want within the hotel, including laundry machines and services, a free shared bath, convenience store, restaurants, vending machines, free WIFI, universal charging ports, etc. Hotel is brand new and very modern, so all rooms are very clean and comfortable. All signage is in Japanese and English. Located within walking distances to many restaurants and shops and close to main transportation.

excellent location with a lot of restaurants nearby. helpful staff. Our flight was cancelled due to typhoon and the hotel can help to extend our stay at the same room. clean room and comfortable bed

The hotel is walking distance to Osaka station and a fair few department stores. Lots of places to eat at just walk along the side street and you'll end up at busy 'E' street.

It's close to many restaurants. Onsen is free. There's a Lawson on the 4th floor of the building. I'm quite surprised there are more Japanese guests than foreigners. I think Japanese office workers travel to Osaka and stay at this hotel. Automated check in. I didn't meet any staffs at all since it's all automated. The lifts were quite amazing, it told us which lift was going to pick us up even though it's still at different level, far away from us. hahaha Japanese really live 20 years more advance than us. They clean our room DAILY and STOCK the bathroom supplies daily.

Beds were very comfortable, lots of towels(I have a teen daughter...),great location, lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby and on-location Lawson is awesome. Subway station entrance is like half a block away, very handy in bad weather and heat wave as it is air conditioned. The subway underground tunnels connect with the main Osaka station to rail lines, very handy if you have the JR pass, and lots of shopping in the pedestrian tunnels similar to Tokyo Station.

The onsen was great. Spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and although the room was small everything had its place and was conveniently located. Video on demand was free which was great. The connecting rooms were a bonus with three kids - 2 toilets are a must. The breakfast was excellent.

The location is fantastic, the room has everything you could need, but is small, typical of Japanese hotels, feels like you're on a cruise ship cabin, even the bathroom is the size of a cruise ship type bathroom. The Laundry facility is great, along with the Lawson convenience store on the property.

It was close from all restaurants, cafes and the station, so it was very easy to move around. The room was clean and staff was helpful. My wife and I really liked the toiletries that the hotel provided.
